Our goal at Nordister is to get you your order as quickly, affordably and safely as possible.

Please understand that orders shipped from countries outside the U.S. may incur a customs duty fee and this is out of our control. We have no way of knowing when or if customs will charge a fee on any order and we are not responsible for paying these fees, the bill goes to the buyer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURN POLICY

If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@nordister.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We can only accept your return if the item is unused, its original protective have not been removed and it is returned in its original packaging, which is in new condition.

We don't accept returns of products for the reasons below and it's your own responsibility to certify that you're purchasing the correct item:

  • Customer errors (Make sure you'll order the correct product)
  • Size (All products have the size described on product page) 
  • Color (You have to make sure that you're purchasing the correct color)
  • Reversible issues on Hats (Some issues during the shipping on hats aren't damage and they are reversible) 

Please note that you may be subject to shipping expenses when returning your item(s), we are not responsible for lost packages during the returns process.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Your product may be eligible for a refund if it's defective or damaged through no fault of your own.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@nordister.com.

EXCHANGES POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged through no fault of your own. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at help@nordister.com with your order number.
